Enter to Win Bag Bling - New Handbag Hardware! CLOSED
11/05/2014 09:08:00 AMIf you have been following on here or facebook, you will know that I have listed some new large metal "handmade" hanging tags for your bags & satchels. These will hang from a leather lace, cord, or fabric loop that co-ordinates with your handmade bag.
Yesterday I put up a mini-tutorial to show you how to sew up your own fabric loop. You can find that tutorial HERE. Or, you can PIN it for future reference by clicking HERE!!
I am pretty proud of this design, and I consider these "Bag Jewellery". They are like a shiny broach, that gives any handmade bag a nice shiny focal point, while boasting "handmade". You can read more about how awesome I think they are in the tutorial, this post is about a GIVEAWAY!
FIVE of you will win 2 Hanging Tags each!
and ONE of you will win $10.00 store credit.
Enter in the Rafflecopter widget below between now and Sunday, Nov 9th, 2014, by midnight (MST). Winners will be announced Nov 10th.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your super creativity!
ReplyDeleteI think I want one for every bag, but for sure on the next bag I make which I'm undecided on - I'm still trying to choose which of the bag of the month club patterns to try first (and can't believe I haven't made any of them yet. The shame! LOL)
ReplyDeleteI love these. Your hardware is so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteA Totes Ma Tote, of course!
ReplyDeleteI think they would look fab on any bag but I'd love to see one on my Swoon Blanche!
ReplyDeleteI think that these would look great on a big tote bag!
ReplyDeleteI would most likely hang it one one of my totes wince this is what I've made :). But also have a stack of patterns for other bags, so I may have to get a few more of these !
ReplyDeleteI would hang these on all the bags I make. They are beautiful!

ReplyDeleteI am waiting for my fabric to arrive before I start my Totes Ma Totes. I think this would look great on there
ReplyDeleteOn a tote bag - not sure which pattern - just a large one with handles. Great bling!
ReplyDeleteI would hang it on the bag I made that I take with me shopping at my LQSs.
ReplyDeleteI can see them on the Totes Ma Tote, Emmaline and other large bags. But who knows if they find their way to others too.
ReplyDeleteTotes Ma Tote
ReplyDeleteSo shiny! I love the idea of using these on a really high-end large bag for some extra oomph.
ReplyDeleteI am thinking when I make the Totes Ma Tote bag this would be perfect!
ReplyDeleteI love these - they DO look like bag jewelry. It would be fun to win and put on my first bag!

ReplyDeletei would use them on a purse, thanks
ReplyDeleteI would love one of these to hang on an "Emmaline" bag. I haven't made it yet, but have the pattern...just need one of these tags! rosesabey@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteSince these look impressive it would have to be a good sized tote to put them on.
ReplyDeleteI'd hang it on a Birdie Sling Bag.

The Boyd Street Bowler Bag. Actually, it would look fabulous on any bag! If I don't win, I may have to purchase some of these wonderful bag tags. Love all your patterns.
ReplyDeleteI plan on making the butterfly sling and it would look great with the Handmade Hanging tag!
ReplyDeleteHmm, I'm not really sure what bag I'd put this one. You are right, they are a little bigger than what I imagined so it would have to be a bigger bag. I'm going to have to make a beach bag so maybe that or something along the lines of the Totes Ma Tote or an overnight bag of some description. :)
ReplyDeleteThe Hand Made tags would be a fabulous addition to my bags. So professional looking.
ReplyDeleteI think it would look great on the emmaline bag. I will have to buy that pattern next :)

ReplyDeleteI think I would add it to the french fry bag that I recently finished for daughter.
ReplyDeleteI've got something in mind for this but its a secret project. But any large tote, like a TotesMaTote or a Noodlehead Supertote would look great with one of these tags.
ReplyDeleteI just made a Fabric Suitcase and wanted to add your handcrafted zipper pull, but it looked so tiny and didn't match well, this would be perfect, I could even add a snap to it and then it could also be like a security closure for the zipper.
ReplyDeleteI love these .....they would look great on ANY bag !!!
ReplyDeletei think the new bling would look great on any bag.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a tag like that - what a great design! I think it would look best on a larger bag, for a nice kick of bling :D

ReplyDeleteI have quite a few bag patterns to make (from you and from Sara of Sew Sweetness, plus the Bag of The Month Club bags) and I'd put it on all of them!

ReplyDeletewhat a divine tag! Tote ma Tote!
ReplyDeleteI love 'bag jewellery'! It is just like jewellery too. I love anything shiny on a bag, it finishes a bag so well. I would put these on an upmarket looking handbag as they're pretty swish, something that would sit above my hip so it catches the light and eyes as I move
ReplyDeleteWhy pick just one bag? I'd put the bag tag on all the bags. :)
ReplyDeleteThese are fabulous Janelle! Serious Bag Bling! S x

ReplyDeleteA Necessary Clutch Wallet would need that badge of honor.
ReplyDeletethis would look great on any of the purses or bags. it is hard to pick just one.
ReplyDeleteRight now I'm fairly new to sewing but I'm going to try a pouch and see how it goes and hang it on that. I tried making a bag and I got halfway through and couldn't figure out how to finish it! I'll get there hopefully, because I love bags! Thanks so much for the giveaway!
